As the Auto Product and Underwriting Manager, you work directly with the company's leadership team to manage existing products and underwriting guidelines and develop new ones. Your efforts contribute to the growth and profitability of the company's auto insurance portfolio. Your success in this role comes from superior analytical, communication and research skills. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a member of Square One’s management team, your primary responsibilities include:

- Monitoring portfolio performance and market trends.
- Liaising with partner carrier on product and underwriting changes.
- Providing product and underwriting support to the Sales team.
- Managing internal resource materials, including user guides.
- Maintaining product and underwriting roadmap.
- Gathering related system requirements, and coordinating system changes.
- Reviewing marketing content, including articles and press releases, for product and underwriting accuracy.
- Conducting interviews with media on product and underwriting matters.
- Coordinating with the partner carrier’s Claims and Underwriting teams on sensitive files.

**YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**

Your experience and education helps ensure your success at Square One. For this role, you have:

- 3 years of auto insurance underwriting experience.
- 2 years of product management or underwriting development experience.
- Strong knowledge of conducting secondary research using online tools.
- A degree in business, commerce, economics, or marketing.
- A CAIB, CIP, or FCIP designation.
- Fluency in English is essential and French preferred.

- Salary Range: $80,237 - 114,623 annual
- 4-weeks of vacation to start and an additional week after only 3 years.
