Warehouse Operations Associate We are seeking a reliable, organized, and career-focused individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Associate. This is a hands-on and varied role that supports our daily warehouse operations This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys staying organized, and is interested in building a long-term career This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow within a stable and professional company environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming shipments, unload deliveries, and prepare outgoing materials and orders
- Organize, label, stage, and maintain inventory and materials within the warehouse
- Perform minor repairs and general upkeep of some equipment, and warehouse materials
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment
- Assist with inventory tracking, documentation, and stock organization
- Follow company safety procedures and participate in safety meetings Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, logistics, or inventory coordination is preferred
- Comfortable performing physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
- Experience using hand and power tools; basic mechanical or repair ability is an asset
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), or willingness to learn
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain an orderly workspace
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
