SGC is looking for an **Accounts Receivable Specialist**. This position requires someone with an exceptional eye for detail, above average organizational skills and a results-oriented attitude.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter work order and material data into QuickBooks
- Customer invoicing
- Manage collection of past due balances
- Monthly analysis of accounts
- Month end and year end closing
- Manage and organize records and files
- Other duties as required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:

- Post secondary business-related diploma or degree
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with Quick Books, or other accounting software
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong computer skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
