And nowwe’re growing We're on the hunt for a **rockstar Parts Advisor** ready to jump into the driver’s seat of a busy, high-performance parts department. WHAT YOU’LL DO As a **Parts Advisor**, you'll be at the center of it all—fueling the productivity of our service bays, delivering next-level customer service, and owning the inventory game. **You’ll be responsible for**: - Helping customers and technicians identify and source the right parts—every time. - Managing incoming parts requests via phone, counter, and digital systems. - Processing parts orders, returns, and warranty claims with accuracy. - Maintaining organized stock, bin locations, and back counter efficiency. - Keeping your finger on the pulse of inventory and special-order parts. - Building positive relationships with wholesale, retail, and internal customers. - Owning your role and showing up as a _key player_ on the Fixed Ops team.
