As a Parts Manager, you will be working closely with your department. You will recommend and sell parts to our customers. You will also be responsible for scheduling and supervising parts department staff, keeping track of inventory, and ordering parts when needed.

**Position duties**:

- Supervise, direct, lead all aspects of the Parts Department.
- Implement all systems, scheduling, and procedures in the Parts Department.
- Maintain high profitability in all areas and keep all departmental expenses under strict control.
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times.
- Maintain inventory control including purchasing, selling, stocking, pricing, and counting parts.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum three (3) years of relevant parts management experience.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a management or supervisory role.
- Experience providing high quality customer support.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think critically, troubleshoot and multi-task.
- Customer Service experience.
- Strong ability to lead and manage.

**Assets**:

- Three (3) years experience as a Parts Advisor or inventory clerk, preferred.
