What You’ll Do:

- Strategic Financial Leadership: You’ll oversee the financial operations and strategy, providing key insights to the leadership team to drive smart business decisions.
- Master of Budgets & Forecasts: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans—ensuring every dollar is maximized.
- Financial Reporting Wizard: Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, and keep the business in the know with transparent reporting.
- Cost Control Champion: Analyze expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and streamline processes to boost profitability.
- Compliance Guru: Ensure we’re always compliant with financial regulations and tax laws, keeping us on the right side of the law.
- Team Leadership: Lead a dedicated team, mentoring them to achieve excellence while maintaining a strong internal control environment.

Who You Are:

- Financial Expert: You bring proven experience in financial management, ideally as a Financial Controller or in a similar role.
- Data-Driven: You love diving into the numbers, using them to craft solutions and inform strategy.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with accounting software and spreadsheets, and always on the lookout for ways to leverage technology.
- Detail-Oriented: Your attention to detail is second to none—you never let a number slip through the cracks
- Strategic Thinker: You see the big picture and have the ability to align financial planning with business goals.
- Collaborator: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with teams across all levels of the business.

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Driving Licence (preferred)
