As a tutor and mentor with Scholars Education Centre, you will be responsible to provide superior individualized academic support to students. You are joining a dynamic team who want you to make a difference for each student who you have the opportunity of working with

Essential Job Functions
- Instruct / teach students from JK to Gade. 8 for French / English / Math
- Accurately provide reporting regarding student progress as required
- Complete administrative tasks when required
- Prepare teaching materials / student's folders for each student as per the Scholars guideline when required
- Achieve Real Life Results for each student Follow, adapt, and provide feedback regarding each student’s individual Goal Sheet - our guideline and benchmark to providing individual success for each student we work with

Must Have Requirements:

- Ontario certified teacher and/or University degree in math, science or engineering program
- Past French / English / Math teaching experience
- Available Monday to Thursday from 4pm till 7pm and Saturday 9am till 1pm
- Strong communication skills and multitasking abilities
- Experience with students in a teaching or tutoring environment
- Excellent organizational skills

**Experience**:

- French / English/Math Teaching: 2 years (Must)
- Teaching Elementary and Middle School Kids: 2 Years (Must)

Interview Process:

- First round telephonic interview
- Second round in person Interview

**Job Types**: Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 to 10 hours per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Thursday - 3 PM to 7 PM shift
- Saturday - 10 AM to 2 PM as needed

Expected start date: August 15, 2025
