Connex One is a UK Based, successful international software house, designing innovative Cloud SaaS Contact Centre Solutions which focus on Insights, Data Analytics and Multi-Channel Communications. Current office locations are UK, SA and USA with Australia coming soon.

Established in 2013 Connex One is now present in 5 continents with a team of over 250 based in our Manchester, Nigeria, Durban and Miami offices. The team comprises of; Full Stack Developers, Front End / Back End Developers, Database Engineers, Support Staff, Technical Services Engineers, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Accounts, Admin, HR & Compliance.

Role Objectives

Day to day management of the Connex One employees and customers within the region. Grow Connex One revenue and customer base within the region. Increase market share. Achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Core Responsibilities & Duties
- Working with the Sales Director to Plan, develop and implement a sales strategy for the region
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities in the region
- Developing and implementing growth strategies for the region
- Retain and grow the Connex One customer base within the region
- Drive sales team to hit targets within the region
- Overseeing daily business operations.
- Day to day management of the Connex One employees within the region.
- Regular feedback to the CEO, COO and MD (North America) on the activities within the region
- Customer satisfaction within the region
- Support the Connex One management team
- Recruitment & Selection of new employees
- Evaluating performance and productivity

Product/ Industry Knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of the Contact Centre market within the region
- Continuous training and regular updates of the Connex One solutions

Stakeholders (Internal and External):

- Foster and improve customer relationships
- Foster and improve internal staff relationships
