**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various cleaning tasks.
- Execute heavy lifting as needed to move furniture or equipment during the cleaning process.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and schedules.
- Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated time frames.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from clients promptly.
- Conduct commercial cleaning duties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained.
- Assist with custodial duties as required, including waste disposal and replenishing supplies.
- Participate in facilities maintenance tasks when necessary to support overall operational efficiency.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with time management techniques to prioritize tasks effectively is essential.
- Experience using power tools and hand tools for maintenance or cleaning purposes is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills are necessary for interacting with clients and team members effectively.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and maintain physical stamina throughout the work shift is required.
