**Heavy-duty Cleaner responsibilities include**:

- Collecting garbage and recycling
- Scrubbing and mopping floors
- Washing windows and walls
- Dusting furniture
- Emptying ashtrays and waste bins
- Sanitizing and mopping floors
- Waxing and polishing furniture

**Heavy-duty Cleaner skills**:

- Proven work experience as a heavy-duty cleaner
- Hands-on experience with all cleaning equipment
- Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
- Familiarity with MS Office and office equipment
- Physical stamina and strength
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in facilities management is a plus
