Fitness Instructor

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Instructor to join our team. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading fitness classes and providing guidance and support to clients in achieving their fitness goals. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others through fitness. Duties: - Lead fitness classes, including but not limited to cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises - Create and deliver engaging and effective workout routines - Provide individualized attention and modifications to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities - Educate clients on proper form, technique, and safety during exercises - Motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals - Monitor client progress and provide ongoing feedback and support - Maintain a clean and organized workout area Experience: - Previous experience as a Fitness Instructor or in a similar role - Strong time management skills to effectively plan and coordinate fitness classes - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients - Proficient in English; ability to communicate effectively with clients - Leadership skills to effectively guide and motivate clients during workouts - Ability to educate clients on proper exercise techniques and modifications - Bilingual (English/French) is a plus We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
