Skills and Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in project management or team leadership roles.
- Exceptional communication skills, including proficiency in meeting facilitation and documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting aptitude.
- Basic understanding of software development projects and agile methodologies.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, exhibiting adaptability and a strong sense of urgency.

Preferred Qualifications:

- BA/BS/BComm degree.
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
- Experience with web development projects, large-scale projects with enterprise customers, and working in a billable setting.
