Surrey, Canada SMD Building Maintenance Ltd. Full time

SMD Building Maintenance Ltd. is a well-established janitorial and maintenance firm in Vancouver that is taking care mostly of hi-end Strata buildings throughout the Lower Mainland.

We are currently looking for a Weekdays Cleaner to clean and maintain the interior and exterior of our building, and the surrounding grounds.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Cleaning common areas
Cleaning elevators
Vacuuming of hallways
Reporting burnt out lights to Supervisor
Ordering cleaning supplies
Qualifications & Requirements:
You possess excellent time management skills, should be diligent and complete work in a timely manner
You also possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
You demonstrate flexibility and sound work ethics
You will need to engage with residents in a positive, courteous and respectful manner
You should be able to work with little to no supervision

**Salary**: $18.50-$20.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
