The Deck Store Inc is seeking passionate, skilled, hard-working, and committed individuals to join our build/Installation team. Applicant should be proficient at decision making, priority setting, communication, and team building. Must be proficient at using power tools and be able to read and interpret specifications, work orders and a tape measure. Must be reliable and punctual and have a good customer service focus.

DUTIES:

- Responsible for the installation and construction of elaborate PVC & Composite Decks, Outdoor Structures, Lighting & Other Features as Required.
- Read and interpret specifications and work orders, communicate & execute requirements effectively.
- Responsible for ensuring all work identified on the work order is completed with adherence to quality and standard timelines for completion of the work;
- Assists with material & hardware management by identifying personal inventory shortages that may impact getting work completed,
- Communicates with Project Manger on challenges on jobsite, estimated time left to complete work, and other communication as required.
- Other duties as assigned

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
No weekends (Optional)

**Experience**:
Skilled Labor: 1- 2 years minimum (preferred) Or a diploma/schooling in a relatable field of study.

**Salary**: $20.00-$40.00 per hour
