Pressure Washing and Window Cleaning Technician

_**RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE**:_
- **THERE ARE CURRENTLY 2 OPENINGS FOR THIS ROLE**:

- Operating pressure washing and window cleaning equipment safely and effectively to clean a variety of surfaces on residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
- Ensuring truck/trailer and/or van is fully stocked with supplies/equipment.
- Using specialized solutions on surfaces to clean a variety of contamination(s).
- Ladder use - step ladders, and extension ladders 24’-32’.
- Ability to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
- Using CRM app-based system to read and understand daily schedule and work orders describing detailed scope of work.
- Post work detailed quality control inspection of entire property.
- Problem solving on what different surfaces would require for cleaning i.e. Techniques and differentiating between cleaning solutions to effectively clean the required surfaces.
- Ability to follow safety protocols/procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Communication skills to interact with clients in a professional and respectful manner.
- Mechanically inclined.
- Treating every site with respect and care.
- **REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE**:_

- **Valid drivers license - Must have a clean drivers license - We will require a current drivers abstract.**:

- **Able to pass a mandatory criminal background check.**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience would be an asset but not required - _**We will train the right person with a winning attitude, who is a fast learner with an eagerness to learn.**_
- Experience driving 1 ton truck, cargo trailer and commercial van an asset but not required - _**Willing to train.**_
- Scissor lift and/or boom lift machine experience an asset but not required. _**Willing to train and professionally certify.**_
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to fluently speak, read, and write English.
- Reliable, punctual, organized, motivated, **high detail oriented**, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
- Must be relentless with accuracy and the finer details. We are in the cleaning business and our job is to “Wow the Client” and to get the job done correctly the first time around. Attention to detail is key
- **PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS & WORKING CONDITIONS FOR THIS ROLE**:_
- Must be able to work outdoors, conditions could include all weather conditions except for below freezing temperatures and snow. There are certain job sites that are indoors.
- Must be able to stand, bend over, and walk when pressure washing/window cleaning.
- Must be physically fit. There are tasks that are repetitive.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.
- Be flexible and available to work days, nights, and weekends based on client needs. Usual working days would be Monday thru Friday during the day. When demand is needed the occasional evenings/nights would be required.
- 8 hour shifts on average.
- Potential for out-of-town work and be able to work for at least 5-7 days straight. Accommodations will be provided.
- Wearing safety equipment such as safety glasses, gloves, respirators, safety boots, hard hat (when required), ear protection, fall restraint harness.

**THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITION THAT RUNS APPROXIMATELY FROM APRIL TO LATE OCTOBER OR EARLY NOVEMBER (cold weather dependent)**

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
