**About the team and the role**:
We are passionate about connecting buyers and sellers around the world and creating opportunities through commerce and technology. Our responsibilities include all aspects of shipping, to empower customers through state-of-the-art ecommerce delivery experiences.

- Develop features that help sellers seamlessly adopt accurate shipping settings by automating weight/dimension entry and suggesting optimal carriers and costs.
- Establish clear product metrics, set hypotheses, and run A/B experiments to measure impact on seller adoption, cost savings, and buyer conversion.
- Collaborate with international teams to scale capabilities globally and ensure alignment with logistics partners and marketplace policies.
- Communicate product vision, progress, and findings clearly to partners and executives.

**What you will bring**:

- 12+ years of product management experience, ideally in ecommerce, or AI/ML-driven products.

- Experience working with AI/ML technologies, LLMs and Regression Models and data science teams is required.
- Solid understanding of solving business problems using AI and ability to connect data science outcomes in meeting business goals
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passion for simplifying complex systems and delivering delightful customer experiences.
