We serve major retailers like Costco, Walmart, Sobeys, and Loblaws, and have an extensive network of independent ethnic stores across Canada. We are seeking a **Product Coordinator** to join our team and play a vital role in streamlining product management processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy across various platforms.

As a **Product Coordinator**, you will report directly to the Sales Manager and be responsible for managing and maintaining product data across multiple platforms. This includes handling product listings, updates, and collaborations with suppliers and retailers to ensure seamless product management operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the process of creating new product listings, deactivating outdated items, and ensuring barcode updates for active products across multiple retail platforms to maintain accuracy and consistency.
- Oversee and maintain a well-organized and comprehensive product database, including product details, case dimensions, high-resolution images, supplier sheets, product specifications, certifications, and labels to ensure seamless access and accuracy.
- Manage GS1-related processes, including product publishing, certification, and communication with GS1.
- Ensure product information and images are consistently updated across software platforms while supporting the onboarding process for new customers.
- Oversee the issuance of product and case barcodes for new items.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to gather critical product information, including specifications, certifications, labeling requirements, and high-quality images.
- Assist the Sales Department in creating and submitting new product flyers, ensuring timely and accurate marketing materials to support product launches.
- Handle online orders and listings on Vendor Seller Centers, ensuring seamless product presence and visibility across Vendor portals.
- Track incoming shipments and provide weekly updates to the sales team to ensure timely and accurate delivery schedules.
- Manage the receipt and evaluation of product samples, ensuring that management has the necessary information for assessment.
- Oversee and update container tracking processes, ensuring efficient management of shipments and real-time status updates.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi (both written and verbal) is preferred.
- Strong data entry skills and keen attention to accuracy in product listings and updates.
- A proactive, positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (60-70 pounds) as required.
- Ability to work closely with various departments, including the CEO, Graphic Designer, and Sales Manager.
- Ability to work extended hours when necessary to meet deadlines and business needs.
