**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients and visitors as they arrive at the office, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate personnel and taking messages when necessary.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and managing scheduled tasks.
- Proofread correspondence and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.
- Entry-level bookkeeping (data-entry).
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in using phone systems and computer software, including Microsoft office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization.
- Experience in a accounting office setting is a plus but not required.
- Bookkeeping skills are a plus but not required.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
