**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, including HVAC units and associated equipment.
- Fabricate components as needed to support maintenance activities.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory management.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues effectively.
- Operate and maintain boilers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct inspections of electrical systems, including logic controllers, to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other technicians and departments to enhance operational efficiency.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or a related field is required.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, with hands-on experience in fabricating and maintaining equipment.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is highly desirable.
- Experience using CMMS for tracking maintenance activities is a plus.
- Ability to read schematics and troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively is essential.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, including logic controllers, will be beneficial for this role.
