**Job Summary**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team at Rags to Dishes. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-quality cleaning services in residential settings, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our clients. Your main tasks will include dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing spaces according to our high standards.

**Duties**
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of homes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their cleaning preference.
- Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled appointments while maintaining high standards of quality.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or related fields is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of cleaning duties.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
- A friendly demeanor with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary.
