**About the Role**

As a Field Cleaning Technician, you’ll perform a variety of exterior cleaning services — including roof cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, pressure washing, and Christmas light installation. You’ll help homeowners protect and enhance their property while representing yourself and AnyWeather with professionalism, safety, and pride.

This role is all about attention to detail, reliability, and delivering excellent results that clients can see and appreciate.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Learn and develop strong knowledge of our cleaning processes and safety procedures
- Perform exterior cleaning and light installation services on residential properties
- Represent the company professionally while on-site and communicating with clients
- Maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles in clean, working condition
- Work both independently and with teammates to complete jobs efficiently and safely

**What We’re Looking For**
- Hardworking and dependable with strong attention to detail
- Positive, professional, and safety-minded
- Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders or roofs (training provided)
- Physically fit and able to perform hands-on work
- Self-motivated and takes pride in quality results
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
