Overview:
Wage: This is a base plus commission role.

**Duties**:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding products or services
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process customer transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in technical sales or retail sales is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and sell products or services to customers
- self starter to chase leads and create new sales opportunities
