**Job Overview**
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Your role will involve assisting customers with their purchases, demonstrating products, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can engage with customers and help drive sales through effective communication and upselling techniques.

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized service.
- Assist customers in selecting products and provide product demonstrations to enhance their understanding of features and benefits.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and basic math calculations.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandise display in accordance with company standards.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally, demonstrating strong communication skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to effectively assist customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is **preferred, but not required**.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is advantageous.
- Experience in merchandising and maintaining store displays is desirable.
- Proficient in cash handling, basic math, and using POS systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to demonstrate phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone.
