We are currently seeking **On-Call Early Childhood Educators (any Level 1, 2, or 3)** to join our award-winning team. This flexible role is a wonderful opportunity for passionate educators who want to support our classrooms while gaining valuable experience in a collaborative, professional, and joyful setting.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Step into our classrooms as needed to support our students and Educators.
- Build meaningful connections with children through play, exploration, and care.
- Contribute to a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Collaborate with our team to uphold Blüm’s high standards of care and education.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- An Alberta ECE Certification (Level 1, 2, or 3).
- A kind, flexible, and energetic educator who enjoys being part of a team.
- Someone passionate about Montessori and Reggio-inspired approaches (experience is an asset, but not required—training provided).
- A genuine love for guiding children’s growth and development.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $16.50-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 40 per week
