We are looking for an **Certified Early Childhood Educator** to join our Before and After School care programs based out of our **NW and SW Campuses.**

**Responsibilities**
- First and foremost you are energetic and eager to take on the day.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Extraordinary management and organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to muli-task.
- Clear Criminal Record Check, Vulnerable Sector Search.
- CPR and Standard First Aid Level B or C Certification.
- Alberta Child Care Certification Level 2 or 3.
- Ability to use professional judgement.

**Requirements**:

- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to open and/or close campus.
- Knowledge of Licensing Regulations.
- Completion of weekly site audits.
- Embrace constant and relentless improvement of team and self.
- Ensure all programming reflects the award-winning calibre of The Summit Way.
- Managing and working with a variety of people, projects and situations.
- HR functions such as Performance Mgmt, Scheduling, Onboarding new employees, etc.
- Build positive relationships with parents, children, co-workers, school administration, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
