Human Resources Admin/receptionist

**Duties**:
- Assist in maintaining employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance evaluations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and process HR documentation, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
- Help facilitate new employee onboarding, issuance of staff ID’s and orientation processes.
- Assist with HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, policy updates, and performance management tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents.
- Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Assist in maintaining HR databases and systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with setting up audiovisual equipment when required.
- Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required
**Requirements**:
- Post-secondary diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in Human Resources.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Valid Driver's license and driver's abstract, access to reliable transportation.
