Experienced professional commercial cleaner for buildings - with 5+ years of actual experience cleaning commercial buildings, floor waxing, cleaning restaurant kitchen hoods, tile grout, carpets, and other general janitorial and general home repairs. Not afraid of heights. Must be knowledgeable in using relevant chemicals and equipment for cleaning.

EXPERIENCED APPLICANTS ONLY, NO TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN.

Flexible to work late nights (kitchen hood cleaning depends on restaurant availability)

Must have valid driver's license/clean driving record and own car, and can work independently.

- 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Janitorial, Commercial Kitchen Hood Cleaner, General Handyman or in similar roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of pressure washing techniques, equipment operation, chemicals, and safety protocols.
- Not afraid of ladder work.
- Familiarity with commercial kitchen exhaust systems and cleaning procedures.
- Ability to operate and maintain pressure washing equipment and specialized cleaning equipment effectively.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in outdoor environments, standing, bending, and lifting heavy equipment or materials as required.
- Knowledge in general home repairs such as gutter repair, fence repair, deck repair, and more.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation.

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
