**Join Our Cleaning Team**

**Looking for a rewarding job that keeps our community clean and safe?**

We're seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team As a Cleaner, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for all occupants in our residential and commercial properties.

**What you'll do**:

- Perform cleaning duties like sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Use power tools and hand tools efficiently
- Clean various areas within our **residential** and **commercial** facilities
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Handle heavy lifting when needed
- Provide excellent customer service to building occupants in both **residential** and **commercial** settings
- Assist with facilities maintenance

**What we're looking for**:

- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for cleaning
- Strong time management skills
- Experience in commercial cleaning (preferred)
- Communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting
- Prior experience in custodial or related roles (beneficial)

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
