**Overview:*

**Duties**:

- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and staff management
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets - Recruit, train, and supervise store staff
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper merchandising - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

**Experience:

- Proven experience in sales management and team leadership
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills - Ability to recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team
- Proficiency in POS systems and other retail software
- Excellent administrative and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on coaching and mentoring staff
- Experience in developing training programs for staff development

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Retail management: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
