We are seeking a **dedicated, dependable, self-motivated, and trustworthy Liquor Store Clerk **to join our team, **for part-time/casual morning shifts** - **schedule being 1 morning weekday shift and an alternating Saturday**:

- to start.
- **Key Responsibilities include**:_
- Assisting customers with product selection and inquires
- Sell products to customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate POS (point of sales), cash register, and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Assist restocking shelves and ensuring neat product displays (front label out)
- Verify customer IDs for age-restricted purchases (19+ in BC)
- Selling BC Lottory Tickets (seperate training included)
- Complete weekly orders independently (receiving orders and putting away product)
- **Requirements**_
- Must be 19 years or older, with a valid **B.C.** Serving It Right (Responsible Service) certificate _(required -_)_
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Organizational skills to manage store inventory effectively
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to lift and stock heavy items
- Ability to handle cash transactions with precision
- Proficient in English with strong communication skills _(preferred)_
- Experience in cashiering or sales roles _(preferred)_

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $17.40 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 7 per week
