We have an opening in our Edmonton office for an experienced **RECEPTIONIST/ INSURANCE PROCESSOR**. This important front line service role manages switchboard for all Direct-Line locations.

**Responsibilities**

**Qualifications**

- Superior Customer Service & Sales Skills
- Ability to work in a team and contribute individually
- 1 - 2 years of experience in a front line reception role
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word,Excel, Outlook
- High School Diploma
- Current Criminal Record Check
- Alberta Driver's License & Vehicle
- *Insurance reception and processing experience is an asset
- *Experience with TAM (The Agency Manager) software is an asset*
