**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to determine the appropriate treatment plan.
- Utilize medical imaging techniques as necessary to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Develop individualized care plans that incorporate various therapeutic methods, including trigger point therapy, active release and acute and chronic pain management strategies.
- Monitor patient progress through regular observation and assessment, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Educate patients on health maintenance, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications that support their recovery.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

**Qualifications**
- Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid chiropractic license and certification to practice in Ontario.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to chiropractic care.
- Experience in primary care settings is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in conducting physical examinations and patient assessments.
- Familiarity with various chiropractic techniques, including trigger point therapy, active release and acute and chronic pain management methods.
- Additonal modality use such as laser, TENS, Graston, medical acupiuncture an asset but not required.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and education.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Pay: $83,420.00-$120,000.00 per year
