Family Chiropractic and Homeopathic Centre is needing a part-time or full-time Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness centre, consisting of chiropractors, rmts and a naturopath. We are a well know space in the Durham community of Ajax and have been supporting our community for over 25 years. We are needing a therapist who knows how to provide clients with physical rehabilitation as well as how to create a space that clients can trust and feel comfortable disengaging in. We care for lots of wonderful families with a special interest focus on pediatrics and pregnancy.
We do our best to support you so that you can focus on the care of clients and yourself. This support includes laundry machines onsite and a full patient base. Our reception staff manage your bookings including cancellations, charging for missed appointments, handling of fees and initial paperwork.
We are proud to offer a competitive amount to our therapists. The clinic charges $ min +HST) with 70% going to the therapist.

Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Registered Massage Therapist
- Strong understanding of medical terminology
- Excellent customer service skills

- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training in massage therapy techniques
Responsibilities
- Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on their health conditions and preferences.
- Utilize medical terminology to document treatments and maintain accurate client records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance client care and outcomes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the treatment area and equipment.
