**Job Title: Cleaner**

This is for a contract job (you are an independent contractor), minimum term is 6 months pending no contract violations.

We are looking for a reliable cleaner to work part time cleaning two different monthly rental properties and visit on-site when needed.

**Duties**:

- Perform weekly general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Laundry: clean towels, bedsheets etc
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

**Schedule**:

- **EVERY MONDAY**: weekly cleaning (max 2hrs, but 2hr minimum paid, even if less time needed), take out the garbage, etc.
- **ONCE PER MONTH**: deep cleaning of the space (4hrs)
- **LAST/FIRST DAY OF MONTH**: Room cleanings (1hr each x 1-7 rooms)

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in cleaning
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
