We are a 12 year old company in the business of providing furnished apartments for a short term stay. We are urgently looking for a cleaner/housekeeper. We will offer 20 hours per week, but over time hours are very common. The pay is $ 17.95/ hour. The cleaner/housekeeping will be required to go to our other properties for cleaning, and we will cover his or her transportation expense. Beside cleaning, he or she will also be required to do housekeeping tasks such as organizing, doing laundry, resolving guests’ minor issues, office work etc. Daily working hours might change depending on work requirements. Most importantly, this person should be willing and comfortable to do steaming in the room/apartment for bed bug infestation if it occurs The cleaner/housekeeper should have the following skills: 1. Basic English skills 2. Good cleaning skills 3. Flexibility is must. Weekends work is required. 4. Cleaning and housekeeping experience highly preferred 5. Good communication and problem solving skills
