Our Make Space Storage location in Sooke, BC, formerly known as “West Coast Super Storage,” offers traditional self-storage, portable storage, and RV and boat parking.

**Job Description - Who we are looking for to join the team**:
**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Maintains a positive and professional demeanour.
- Look for creative solutions to assist clients with their storage needs.
- Build excellent relationships with existing customers, vendors, and service partners.
- Detail-oriented and accurately maintains client accounts.
- AR/Collections for unpaid accounts.
- Cleans and maintains vacant storage lockers as required.
- Routinely inspect the facility and property for cleanliness, security breaches and maintenance requirements for yard, infrastructure and equipment.
- Seasonal Landscaping includes snow shoveling and lawn maintenance
- Ensure safety and compliance align with company policies.
- Support sales and management with ideas on maintaining and growing the business.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Forklift experience is an asset. Training will be provided.
- Property Management, Landscaping or Yard Maintenance Experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- Ability to learn new computer programs, online systems and maintain inventory accurately.
- MS Office - Outlook, Excel and Teams
- Ability to build relationships with clients, vendors and business partners.
- Accounts Receivable/Collections experience an asset.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

**Work Schedule**:

- 3 days a week, 24 hours a week.
- Must be available to work on Saturdays.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
