Grocery Supervisor

Co-op is hiring a full-time **Grocery Supervisor **at our Winkler Food Store.
- _This person will be cross trained in multiple departments. _
- _This is an excellent role for advancement and development.**What you’ll do**:
The Grocery Supervisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service; ordering and stocking merchandise; merchandising and displaying product; receiving and unloading trucks; assisting with staff supervision; and maintaining department cleanliness and housekeeping standards.

In addition, the supervisor will perform the duties as trained in other departments, including meat, bakery, deli & produce.

The Grocery Supervisor will live the Co-op Brand and strive to achieve and maintain positive and healthy relationships with co-workers and customers.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a job in Customer Service and:

- Are committed to service excellence and are a team player
- Enjoy working in a diligent manner with attention to detail
- Are able to stand for extended periods of time
- Are able to lift up to 50 lbs, with repetitive lifting of 5-35 lbs frequently
- Have strong interpersonal skills and possess a friendly disposition
- Have strong communication skills, verbal and written Are available to work a rotation of Saturdays and some evening shifts.
