Gardenland Co-op is hiring a full-time **Grocery Supervisor**at our Winkler Food Store.
- _This person will be cross trained in multiple departments. _
- _This is an excellent role for advancement and development.**Work Location**: 370 Main St, Winkler, MB.

**Shifts**: Five 8-hour shifts per week and rotation of Saturdays.

**Work Hours**:Typical hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm; however, shifts may vary between 8:00am and 9:00pm depending on departmental needs.

**Status**: Full-Time, Permanent, Non-Management (position eligible for health benefits and pension.)

**What you’ll do**:
The Grocery Supervisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service; ordering and stocking merchandise; merchandising and displaying product; receiving and unloading trucks; assisting with staff supervision; and maintaining department cleanliness and housekeeping standards.

In addition, the supervisor will perform the duties as trained in other departments, including meat, bakery, deli & produce.

The Grocery Supervisor will live the Co-op Brand and strive to achieve and maintain positive and healthy relationships with co-workers and customers.

- **Have strong communication skills, verbal and written**:You express yourself clearly and professionally, both in person and in writing.
- **Are available to work a rotation of Saturdays and some evening shifts**:You are reliable, flexible, and ready to support the team when needed.
