Highbury Ford has an immediate requirement for an experienced **Parts Counter Person** to join our successful dealership in London, ON. In this key role, you will perform Parts counter sales and customer service related duties. Answering phones, looking up, selling parts and providing recommended associate part sales recommendations. Additional duties related to inventory stock in, management and inventory, housekeeping and other related duties.

We are a Dealership Automotive Repair facility offering a full array of services including New & Used car sales, Parts and a Body Shop. We are a dealership that is looking for those interested in joining a dynamic team of individuals that are focused on maintaining long-term relationships with our retail & commercial customers. We focus on providing a superior customer experience with our retail, wholesale and internal customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer phones and receive customers at the parts counter.
- Source parts for customers request and review availability.
- Selling of parts.
- Review recommendations for associated parts and supplies related to customer need.
- Assist with inventory management, including but not limited to receiving, stocking in, shelving, auditing and annual inventory.
- Assist where necessary in the cleanliness and organization of the department.
- Assist where necessary in all aspects of season business such as spring and fall winter tire season.
- Continuously keep up to date on new technical information and techniques in order to stay current with rapidly changing technology

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive up to date knowledge of automobiles and their parts needs.
- Proficient with computer systems and programs
- Able to clearly communicate service, repair and technical issues
- Strong organizational skills with ability to multi task
- Must be professional, possess strong customer service skills and work well in a fast paced environment
- Dependable, strong work ethic, high level of professional integrity
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team

Pay: $17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Weekends as needed
