**PRIMARY FUNCTION**: Responsible for the printing/copying/scanning of documents as per customer specifications.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for filling out work orders, ensuring they are filled out correctly
- Responsible for proofing all prints
- Taking in jobs from customer service - Job Jackets
- Ensure supply levels are at an adequate level
- Responsible for ensuring all problems are communicated with the Xerox manager
- Meet customer-specified deadlines
- Assist customers with setting up files
- Ensure all invoices are checked for accuracy
- Maintain and clean equipment on a daily basis
- Communicate with customers
- Answer incoming calls to the department
- Work as a team member
- Abides by all company policies set out in the Employee Guide to Human Resources Policies
- Required to assist with delieveries
- Performs other work as assigned

Full Time : Monday To Fridays 8:30 am to 5:00pm

Must have a valid G Driver's License
