Piano Piano, a fast-growing progressive Italian restaurant in Oakville, Ontario, is seeking a talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team.

**Job Description**:
As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality Italian dishes in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment. Working closely with chef de cuisine and sous chefs to ensure streamlined service and high quality food.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook a range of Italian dishes to the highest standard.
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and presented to the highest standard.
- Manage food inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Cross training on all food stations.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of experience as a cook in a high-volume restaurant.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
