Mechanical Project Coordinator

**Position Overview**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage the flow of project documentation including contract administration, procurement, drawings & specifications, permits, inspections and change management
- Provide effective communication with our internal team, the client, suppliers and subtrades
- Assist in identifying and preparing proper materials, equipment and tools required for new and existing projects.
- Provide support in managing the technical, regulatory and contractual requirements of projects
- Comply with standards and procedures of industry, Safety Manual, and abide by safety rules set out in the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure accuracy and completion of assigned tasks and projects

**Qualifications**:
Requirements for the position include but are not limited to:

- Proven ICI experience working within the mechanical contracting industry
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Any other certifications are considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
