**WE’RE LOOKING FOR A CUSTOMER SERVICE AMBASSADOR**

National Lifestyle Products is looking to hire part-time counter help for our Hamilton location.

**Main Job Duties are described below**:

- Prioritize cleanliness and health standards at all times
- Provide superior customer service to all guests
- Efficiently stock and display product in a neat and appealing manner
- Assist guests with product recommendations and locations, requests, and special orders
- Handle customer concerns with care.
- Assist in receiving, unloading and stocking of merchandise
- Merchandise, price, label and stock all bakery products
- Ensure accuracy of store signage with regards to pricing
- Willingness to cross train and work in any department
- To perform other duties and tasks assigned, as consistent with the nature and scope of the position

**On occasion you may be asked to perform the following**:

- Coordinate delivery schedules and customer pickups
- Answer customer phone calls where required

**Qualifications**:

- Above average interpersonal and communication skills
- Superb customer service skills with a desire to provide a great shopping experience for customers
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to work in a safe and responsible manner
- Work well independently or in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to work well in a fast paced environment
- Proven track record as a self-starter; dedicated and goal orientated
- Ability to follow established company policies
- Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour
