Ready to be part of a brand new, fresh, trending denim clothing and jewelry brand, **Ancient Tribal**?

Launched on the scene late last year to incredible response - we can’t keep up. With current locations in St. Catharine's, London and Mississauga, our expansion plans are lofty and we’re currently in need of part-time retail brand ambassadors - preferably with flexible availability.

**Job Overview**

We are rolling out our brand across Ontario and our newest location is a kiosk in Lime Ridge Mall set to open the first week of November. We are open during all mall hours - M-F, 10 am to 9 pm, Sat 9:30 am to 6 pm and Sun 11 am to 6 pm, with extended holiday hours commencing the last week of November.

Our clothing and jewelry line has an **edge** and we’d like you to have that, too. Find us on socials to get a better feel. Those who do best with us are outgoing and sales-focused, many with tats and piercings.

As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand awareness and driving customer loyalty.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner to promote and sell our products.
- Communicate key brand messages clearly and persuasively to all potential customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Manage sales transactions using our POS system, including daily cash outs.
- Track inventory, rotate stock and keep cart clean and neat at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Previous experience in clothing and jewelry sales or customer service is preferred.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and enthusiasm for promoting the brand are crucial.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 24 per week
