**Reports to**: Warehouse Supervisor

**Summary**: This position ensures seamless processing of outgoing shipments and incoming items. Inventory management and vendor relations with shipping companies are essential functions for this position.

**Location**: Mississauga Head Office

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Processes and assists in all required paperwork and maintain adequate records for reporting and tracking
- Accurate use of SAP transactions for receiving, putting away, picking, shipping and dispatch
- Prepare and schedule shipments as assigned
- Schedule daily transportation needs with different carriers/couriers as required
- Track shipments and verify receipts of shipments if requested
- Accurate preparation of Waybills/Bill of Lading
- Sort and distribute incoming shipments as required
- Receiving of components from Festo and non-Festo companies; set aside parts into the warehouse
- Ensure that materials being received are the correct materials as per the documents
- Report any inconsistencies / damage on the condition of shipped goods for both incoming and outgoing items prior to signing off.
- Picking of sales and production parts ensuring correct picks and completion in a timely manner
- Assists in quality audits of the condition of shipped goods for both incoming and outgoing items prior to signing off
- Picking and packing of products ensuring safe and timely arrival to customer
- Other duties as assigned

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- High school education preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in shipping/receiving role or warehouse environment
- Basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office, familiarity with SAP process
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs on occasion
- Excellent written and verbal command of English, with the ability to communicate tactfully and positively with all contacts.
- Superior organization, multi-tasking and record keeping skills
- Possesses a positive, team player attitude
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
