**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**:
**What You'll do**:

- Build and maintain strong partnerships at all levels across the organization including but not limited to business leaders, and the global talent management team
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including: the development of sourcing strategies, building of talent pipelines, leveraging professional and industry networks, coaching business leaders through interviewing, social networking and evaluation best practices
- Collaborate with Talent Management Partners, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) team members to educate and coach hiring managers on inclusive hiring practices
- Works collaboratively to continuously question and improve talent acquisition processes and practices

Qualifications:
**What You'll Bring**
- A solid track record sourcing and attracting exceptional talent across North America
- Demonstrated experience coaching hiring managers through the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while keeping internal partners informed of progress
- Previous experience developing and documenting interview guides, and evaluation processes
- A reputation of having consistent follow through and delivery of results
- Competency with various talent acquisition systems (ATS), and other Human Resources systems
- A successful history of building unique sourcing strategies to attract competitive talent
- A growth-mindset and desire for continuous learning and sharing knowledge across your team
