**Job Description**:
As a valuable member of the Quick Service team, you will be responsible for the delivery of championship customer service to fans during various events.
- Deliver responsible and friendly beverage service to fans from a stationed kiosk.
- Strictly ensure responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles.
- Ensure AGCO and MLSE policies & regulations are followed.
- Provide friendly and informed response to inquiries.
- Monitor inventory.
- Act as an ambassador to BMO Field and our community.
- Follow all MLSE Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.
- Perform other administrative or service functions as the need arises.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Smart Serve certification required**:

- Previous experience in high volume beverage service is a definite asset
- Willing and able to serve alcohol responsibly
- Comfortable refusing service to fans if necessary
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to pay close attention to detail & calculate order totals manually
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as the need arises
- Passionate and committed to providing exceptional customer service
