**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, for processing transactions.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision and care.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and service areas.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of supplies.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
**Skills**
- Strong background in food preparation and handling within the food industry.
- Proficiency in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS.
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Previous experience in cashiering and cash handling is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Experience in serving food in a restaurant setting is an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $16.00-18.00 per hour
