**About Make Space Storage - Who are we?**

**Job Description - Who we are looking for to join the team**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and build positive customer service with clients, vendors, and service providers.
- Routinely inspect the entire facility for cleanliness, security breaches and maintenance requirements for the yard, infrastructure, and equipment.
- Administration duties include entering accurate information into customer management system, (CRM), maintaining filing and customer records, going paperless
- Account receivable, payment management and bank reconciliation.
- Accounts Payable - working with the finance team to ensure accurately billed, and on-site coordinator.
- Manage the Penske rental program
- Seasonal Landscaping includes snow removal, lawn maintenance and driveway maintenance.
- Following up with clients as needed and directing them to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Be creative in supporting customers with their storage and moving solutions.
- Oversee and helping clients with onsite access.
- Moving in and out schedules for storage units, cleaning and maintaining units between clients.
- Looking for ways to engage with the community to promote and grow business.
- Drive to the bank.
- Perform other duties as required by management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficient with computers and systems, MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn new systems, tech-savvy considered an asset.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Outstanding Customer Service, able to build rapport with business partners and clients.
- Problem Solving abilities, looks for solutions.
- Proven ability to work independently and take the initiative.
- Property maintenance experience is considered an asset.
- Ability to multitask, organize and prioritize work requirements.
- Stays motivated and works well independently.
- Optimistic and positive attitude
- A driver’s License is required, abstract will be requested.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
