FACILITY MANAGER Gold’s Gym Port Coquitlam is hiring full time Manager / Manager- In Training, with potential to grow Are you outgoing, enthusiastic, with a passion for fitness? We would love to hear from you About Gold’s Gym BC Big Brand Name - Canadian Owned and Operated. Compensation $3750-$4250 monthly + uncapped commissions Shifts Required Full-Time 5 Days a week, 1 weekend day required. Evening shifts required, must be available evenings until 9pm+ GENERAL Responsibilities Complete all new hire on boarding training to master base tasks and advanced leadership tasks and habits - including facility management basics Ensures ongoing upkeep and over all facility maintenance and operations Works with sales/leaders to ensure all member feed back and requests are being addressed and handled in a timely manner Educate and empower team members on necessary items and requests Resolve and elevate customer complaints in a professional, respectful manner Draft and submit weekly sales and operational reports to upper management as required Monitors and adjusts schedules to maximize employee productivity, obtain payroll goals and cover key business hours/peak days - Assist with shift coverage as needed Able to self organize with a strong attention to detail / demonstrates proactive critical thinking skills SALES SUPPORT Meet and exceed personal sales quota by monitoring sales KPIs, forecasting, fine-tuning sales processes, and ensuring company habits and non-negotiables are being followed Participate in events to generate new sales, such as trade shows, open houses, member appreciation nights, etc. Deliver financial results by creating a positive and supportive environment, setting standards in customer service and staff training and development Generate sales through providing guests with tours of the facility, business to business outreach, referrals from members, and promoting the facility by distributing guest passes to prospective members Qualifications Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate and influence people Detailed understanding of sales processes and a proven track record of achieving sustainable, profitable business result College or University degree preferred* or relevant experience Experience in store or facility management as asset* Competent in performance metrics including revenue, budgeting, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facility maintenance Ability to multi-task and perform calmly in a fast paced environment Strong administrative skills including payroll, scheduling, ordering inventory, and report generating What We Offer Positive, rewarding, and collaborative team environment Competitive compensation Complimentary club membership Discount on Gold’s Gym products and services *Health Benefits NOTE This job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.
